Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowReserve ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowReserve is an online appointment booking and scheduling platform that enables service providers to manage bookings, collect deposits, and handle scheduling with their clients. The Service includes a booking page, dashboard, payment processing, email notifications, and optional Google Calendar integration.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • FlowReserve offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter and Professional).
  • Free trials last 14 days. Each account is eligible for one free trial.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Booking and Payments

Service providers are responsible for setting accurate availability, pricing, and service descriptions. Deposit payments collected from clients are subject to PayPal's payment terms. FlowReserve is not a party to the service agreement between providers and their clients.

6. Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar integration is an optional feature. If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant FlowReserve permission to read your calendar event times (for availability checking) and create new events (for confirmed bookings). FlowReserve does not access the content, titles, descriptions, or attendees of your personal calendar events.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your FlowReserve dashboard settings, which immediately deletes your stored Google tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Calendar events created by FlowReserve in your Google Calendar will persist after you disconnect the integration or delete your FlowReserve account. You can remove these events directly from your Google Calendar.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FlowReserve. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (service descriptions, intake forms, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlowReserve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed appointments, scheduling errors, payment disputes between providers and clients, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Account deletion removes your profile, booking types, availability schedules, appointments, API keys, and stored Google tokens. Calendar events previously created in your Google Calendar by FlowReserve will remain and can be removed directly from Google.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
