After signing up, you will go through a quick onboarding where you set your business name and booking link. Then from your dashboard, create your first event type, set your availability, and share your unique booking URL with clients.
FlowReserve uses PayPal for payment processing. You can collect deposits or full payments at booking time. Configure your payout settings in Dashboard > Settings to receive funds directly to your bank account.
Yes. From your Dashboard > Bookings, open any booking and use the Cancel or Reschedule buttons. Your client will be notified automatically by email. If a deposit was collected, you can issue a refund from the booking detail page.
This usually means your availability has not been configured. Go to Dashboard > Availability and set your working hours for each day of the week. Also check that you do not have blackout dates blocking the dates in question.
Go to Dashboard > Settings and click 'Connect Google Calendar'. This lets FlowReserve check your calendar for conflicts and automatically create events for new bookings. You can disconnect at any time from the same page.
Both you and your client will receive an email notification about the failed payment. The booking stays in 'pending' status. Your client can retry the payment, or you can confirm the booking manually from your dashboard if you collected payment another way.
Yes. The Free plan lets you create up to 2 event types with unlimited bookings. The Starter and Professional plans unlock more event types, priority support, and advanced features. You can upgrade anytime from Dashboard > Plans.
Go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll to the bottom. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, bookings, event types, availability, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
